| 摘 要： | 经济全球化背景下,我国国家利益空间不断拓展,国家经济利益地位日渐凸显,国家利益维护手段走向综合化。实施"走出去"战略,推进实施自由贸易区战略,广泛加强双边多边经贸合作,加快国际通道建设,是国家开放战略的需要,也是云南为国家面向西南开放服务的重要责任。"桥头堡"建设不仅成为引领云南省经济社会发展的重要方向,而且为怒江州泸水县片马口岸的加快发展提供了重大机遇。
