农民工融入城市的影响因素及对策分析——基于五大城市调查的实证研究

本文从社会融入的理论视角出发,基于对中国五大城市农民工抽样调查资料的数据分析,发现农民工的“社会融入度”偏低,主要涉及居住、社区、经济、社会资本、人力资本、就业、健康等7个关键的影响因子.农民工融入城市的过程,既有自身因素的限制,也有经济因素的复杂影响,特别受制于广泛的社会因素的影响,是经济融合与社会融合的结果.所以,要以限制排斥、促进融入为农民工政策行动的目标,积极构建经济、社会及文化条件,加快农民工融入城市的进程.

The Influencing Factors for the Off-Farm Workers' Integrating Themselves with the Urban Life: A Case Study of Five Chinese Cities
