| 摘 要： | 当前,就业压力已成为大学生最重要的心理压力。针对目前大学生在实现就业过程中所暴露出来的问题,高校招生规模应保持适当规模,各办学层次的比例要与我国的产业结构保持一致。大学生在实现就业中应该树立"去精英化"、"大众化"的现代高等教育观,积极转变就业观念。而高校也应该以社会经济发展需求为导向设置专业,加强大学生就业的适应性。切实加强就业指导与服务工作,拓宽大学生就业机会是高校指导学生就业工作。

| Abstract: | The most obvious psychological pressure of Chinese college students is related to employment.It is suggested that Chinese universities should control their enrolment,provide programs and information that fit the industrial structure of our country,help the students have a correct understanding of employment and guide them to adapt to the changing situations. |
