| 摘 要： | 西部少数民族节日种类繁多,不同类型的节日有着丰富多彩的传统体育活动。随着民族社会的经济发展和文明进步,少数民族节日中的传统体育也逐渐演变为多功能的、融合多民族文化的、娱乐性较强的传统体育,表现出少数民族节日与传统体育相互依存、共生发展的特殊规律。少数民族传统体育作为节日文化的重要组成部分,在承载民族共同的文化心理、维系民族意识的同时,也起到了丰富各民族的精神文化生活、凝聚民族感情的作用。

| Abstract: | West China has quite a few minority festivals in which there are various minority sports.With the economic and cultural development of the minority society,their sports have had more functions with an integration of the multi-cultures.These sports are an inseparable part of their festivals and mirror their psychology and cultures,playing the role of enriching their life. |
