| 摘 要： | 高校学报面临着深刻的危机 ,社会效益和经济效益低下 ,普遍沦为评职称、考学位的工具。造成这种危机的根本原因在于高校学报内向性、封闭性和综合性的办刊模式。因此 ,实行开放办刊 ,走专业化的道路成为高校学报的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The journals of colleges and universities are facing a deep crisis: they are suffering from very bad social and economical benefit, and to some extent are turned into the tools of getting higher academic positions and higher degrees. The reasons leading to this crisis lie in the closed, internal_oriented, and comprehensiveness_oriented model run by the editorial departments of colleges and universities(EDCU). Thus, running a journal openly and taking the road of specialization will come to be the inevitable choice of EDCU. |
