| 摘 要： | 我国民办高等教育经历了20年的发展，现仍处于创业、建设阶段。在发展创办初期，民办高校要在社会竞争中生存并发展，必须建立校董事会，营造学院办学的外部环境，协调监督学院的内部管理。

In their early period of development, non\|governmental higher educational institutions must set up board of trustees, if they want to survive and develop in the social competition, in order to create a favorable external environment and to coordinate and supervise their internal administration. |
