| 摘 要： | 高校国有资产的特征影响其国有资产的管理模式。通过对我国高校国有资产管理模式的比较分析,总结出高校国有资产的3种主要管理模式,即设备处管理模式、资产处管理模式和无专门的资产管理机构模式;然后阐述了我校国有资产管理模式,以事实论证了资产处管理模式的优越性。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of state-owned assets influence the management patterns at colleges and universities. By analyzing and comparing the management patterns of state-owned assets at colleges and universities, this article summarizes three major kinds of management patterns of state-owned assets,namely management by equipment department, assets department, and management without specialized organization pattern. Then it elaborates the management pattern of state-owned assets in our university, demonstrating the advantages of the pattern of management by assets management department based on cases. |
