| Abstract: | Under the background of the financial globalization,the international capital gets into China.Chinese business enterprise's heading for an international capital market margin is an inevitable trend.The overview of the overseas listed private enterprises in Wuxi is talked about.The reason and the obstacle of the upsurge of the overseas stock-listing is analyzed,then some possible proposes are raised. |
