| 摘 要： | 儒家道统观念是中国传统文化的重要内容，宗法和孝悌是儒家道统的两个重要命题。自周朝以来的封建社会，统治者皆 利用由上古原始血缘氏族制演化而来的宗法家族制度统治臣民，随着社会的发展，宗法家族制度在唐宋时又演化为家族家长制。

| Abstract: | Confucianist orthodoxy is the core of the Chinese traditional culture,and the idea of filial piety and fraternal love is one of its nuclear concepts.After the Zhou dynasty,the rulers administered their subjects with a clan system originating form a primitive system based on blood relation.In the Tang and Song dynasties,it evolved into a patriarchal clan system.This is the legal system in the feudal society and its execution depends on the concept of filial piety and fraternal love advocated by Confucianism. |
