广东退休人口的规模与结构特征分析

本文对劳动统计资料和人口普查资料的分析表明，广东退休人口总量持续快速增长，老年人口中退休人口比例提高。退休人口趋于向城市和珠江三角洲集聚。性别结构逐步向平衡方向变化，较高年龄的退休人口增多。退休人口在保持国有身份特征时趋向多样性。退休人口整体教育素质改善，流动退休人口具有一定的人力资源优势。

An Analysis of the Size and Structural Features of the Retired Population in Guangdong Province

The data from the labor statistics and population census show that the size of the retired people in Guangdong is rapidly increasing and the proportion of the retired to the old is increasing too. The retired people tend to gather in the urban, especially in the Pearl River delta area. The gender of the retired population show a more balanced structure and the size of the high elderly keep increasing in the retired population. The main parts of the retired are from the state-owned organizations while those from non-state owned organizations are increasing. The most of the retired received good education and the floating retired population contain a great human resources for social and economic development.
