| Abstract: | No-lawsuit is the highest pursue of Chinese law,and also is the objective governors of past dynasties and Confucian scholars seeking.The theory of no-1awuit has a history of more than 3000 years,and has being practiced during this period.We are now in a special moment that Chinese contemporary law is changing its pattern,and a course of the modernization of Chinese law,what can such long-history traditional culture bring about to the development of Chinese law.In this paper,the author attempts to do a king of analysis briefly. |
