| 摘 要： | 在当前大学毕业生供需结构性矛盾突出、就业形势日益严峻、就业压力越来越大的情况下,要解决大学毕业生就业难题,迫切需要高校以市场为导向,创新人才培养模式,深化教育教学改革,提高教学质量.根据地区、行业和企业对人才的需求状况,重新定位人才培养目标,明确培养方向,不断优化人才培养方案和培养策略,培养出基础扎实、视野开阔,具有创新精神、创新能力和就业竞争力的合格人才.
