向自然求法建构和谐社会

现代社会的矛盾集中表现为人类的自命不凡。鉴于天人同源、同构的事实,克服矛盾、构建和谐社会的首要任务是认识自然、向自然求法。和谐的自然本质是能量流的对立统一运动。以自然为根基的和谐社会,其核心是生产力的发展,本质是平等主体间对立统一的互动,而它的秩序表现为自组织体系。因此,建构和谐社会,要确立有限建构的指导原则;以"我"为社会的"细胞",并以个人与社会的对立统一为逻辑的起点;以正当程序确保自由权、平等权等基本权利的实现。综合三者,建设和谐社会的关键或重要任务在于:大力推进公民的自决权认知与自主力的提高。

Seeking to Natural Law and Building a Harmonious Society

The contradictions of modern society perform as human smug.In view of Indian origin,with the structure of the facts,the primary task of overcoming conflicts to build a harmonious society is to understand and seek to natural law.Harmonious energy flow is the nature of the movement opposites.The core of the harmonious society with nature as its foundation is the development of the productive forces,its essence is the interactive nature of opposites between equal entities,its orderly performance is a self-organizing system. Therefore,to build a harmonious society requires:(a) to establish the guiding principle of limited construction;(b) to take "I" as the "cell" of the society and take the unity of opposites between individual and society as the logical starting point;(c) to assure the implementation of the basic rights,such as freedom right,equality right,et al.by proper procedures.On all accounts,the key or important task of building a harmonious society is to make arduous efforts to promote the enhancement of citizens' self-decision consciousness and self-determination force.
