| Abstract: | In the primary phase of industrialization, the opportunities coexist with challenges in Baotou city under the new situation both from the domestic and the international. Therefore, Baotou city need to hold the opportunities, arouse the industrial development by predominant industries, fully utilize the regional advantages, switch from the re-source-oriented economy toward the market-oriented economy, practice positive public financial policy to improve the investment environment, regulate, optimize and upgrade the industriall structure, construct information system, accelerate the development of the city, thus the industrialization in Baotou city could be realized. |
