| 摘 要： | 投资基金的治理结构是基金业赖以生存和发展的基础,与公司治理结构一样,有效的基金治理结构能在最低的成本下实现投资者利益。因此,借鉴国外成功的基金治理结构的经验,根据我国投资基金市场的结构与现状,建立以独立董事为基本特征的基金治理结构是规范基金业发展的有效途径。

On Administrative Structure of Investment Fund and Independent Director System |

| Abstract: | Administrative structure of investment fund is the basis for funding industry to live and develop. Just like company administrative structure, effective administrative structure of fund can realize investors' benefits in terms of minimal cost. Therefore,refering to the successful experience in administrative structure of fund abroad and according to the current structure and situation of the investment fund market in our country, it is an effective way to standardize funding enterprise development by establishing administrative structure of fund characteristic of independent directors. |
