| 摘 要： | 因中小企业与传统的担保体系耦合度欠佳,为迎合其发展需要,有必要对互助信用担保模式进行深入探讨。虽然互助担保组织具有诸多优势,但在组建方面也面临一些问题。因此,在引入期望激励理论的基础上,运用博弈理论进行动态分析,并针对效价、期望、关联性三个核心要素提出优化中小企业集群互助担保的一些措施和政策性的建议,将有助于推进中小企业互助担保集群的构建步伐。

| Abstract: | Due to the poor coupling of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) and the traditional guarantee system,it is necessary to analyze the mutual credit guarantee model in depth.The mutual guarantee organization has many advantages,but there are also some problems in the formation.Therefore,using expectation motivation theory and game theory for dynamic analysis of the core elements of valence,expectancy and instrumentality will be useful for SME cluster to promote mutual guarantee construction. |
