城市化进程中流动人口犯罪问题研究

城市化是社会经济发展的必然结果,是社会形态向高层次发展的客观表现形式,其间必然伴随着人口的转移。城市人口的不断增长及城市非农业人口比重的增加,致使流动人口犯罪问题越来越突出。流动人口犯罪是经济原因、社会环境原因及文化冲突等各个因素综合作用的结果,具有一系列自身的特点。基于此,完善流动人口犯罪的预防机制和加强流动人口犯罪的惩治机制是预防流动人口犯罪的根本选择。

RESEARCHES INTO CRIMES COMMITTED BY TRANSIENT POPULATION IN THE PROCESS OF URBANIZATION

Urbanization is an inevitable result of social-economic development and an objective manifestation of the development of social formation at a high level and the shift of population is bound to follow.Urban population increases constantly and the proportion of non-rural population in cities becomes higher and the problems of crimes committed by transient population is becoming increasingly conspicuous.This is the result of the combination of such factors as economic causes,social environmental causes and culture shock.So the fundamental choice is to improve preventive mechanisms and strengthen punishment mechanisms.
