| 摘 要： | 中国现行征地制度有三大弊端:一是行政性征地范围过宽,二是征地补偿标准过低,三是政府官员以权谋私。以确立公平补偿标准为核心的征地制度改革,可以起到增加农民收入、节约使用土地、遏制腐败行为的三重功效。

| Abstract: | There are three disadvantages of current land-requisition system.The categories for administratively land-requisition are too broad;the standard of land-requisition compensation is too low;and some government officials are abusing power for personal gains.The land-requisition system reform aims at establishing fair compensation standards.It can increase farmers' income,save land,and combat corruptions. |
