旅游社区居民与利益相关者博弈关系分析——以大型桂林山水实景演出"印象刘三姐"为例

旅游社区居民在旅游发展过程中扮演着非常重要的角色。空间的紧密性、资源的互动性使旅游社区居民在旅游社区发展建设的许多方面都处于主体地位。本文以桂林市"印象刘三姐"实景式演出中将当地居民看作旅游社区的重要利益主体,并以其为视角中心,结合利益主体理论和社区参与理论,探讨旅游社区居民与相关利益相关者的博弈关系,分析多方利益主体间的冲突类型和引发冲突的因素,提出了冲突的解决范式和实施步骤。
