| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing correlative theories on the essence of right to education, this treatise classifies in a summary into four basic theories,i.e. civil rights, right to subsistence or social rights, right to knowledge and right to development. With regard to the multilevel attributes of the essence of right to education, a clear elementary train of thoughts is explored in order to solve current disputes on right to education. |
