| 摘 要： | "熟人社会"既是传统乡土中国"差序格局"社会结构的必然产物,也是中国古代传统文化中"极度扩张型亲情义务观"践行的直接结果.中国转型期熟人社会的过分发育, 是对法制社会的腐蚀、市场经济的摧残、和谐社会的破坏、公民精神的瓦解.根治熟人社会的遗患是我们现在所面临的一项迫切任务.唯有通过现代国家建构、成熟市场发育、公民意识培养和公民社会成长的良性互动,才能够尽快地消解熟人社会.
