| 摘 要： | 结合项目管理理论,提出面向全生命周期的企业资源规划实施量化监控模型;建立包含技术要素分析和环境要素分析的可行性监控模型,以实施过程管理为对象的里程碑节点监控模型,基于项目验收工作、系统运行状况、企业发展潜力三维评价的后监控模型;通过资阳机车厂K/3系统的实施,证实量化监控模型在降低项目风险、控制关键要素、评价实施结果等方面作用明显。

| Abstract: | By combining the existing enterprise resource planning(ERP) implementation theory with the project management theory,this article puts forward the quantificational supervision system for ERP implementation based on overall lifecycle.It builds up the feasibility stage supervision model,including the technical factor analysis and the environment factor analysis,milestone supervision model.The paper takes the management implementation process as the object and back supervision model according to 3D evaluation.Finally,on the basis of the practical implementation of K/3 system in Ziyang motorcycle factory,the paper demonstrates the clear effect of the quantitative supervision in decreasing the risks,controlling the key elements and evaluating the final results. |
