| 摘 要： | 高铭暄教授是我国当代著名的法学家和法学教育家,是新中国刑法学的主要奠基者和开拓者。在刑事立法、刑法学研究方法以及刑法专门问题上都有自己的真知灼见,逐步形成自己特有的刑法思想体系,为新中国刑事法治的建立、发展与完善奠定了坚实的基础,为新中国刑法学科的建构、繁荣与拓展作出了卓越的贡献。

| Abstract: | Professor GAO Ming-xuan, a famous contemporary jurist and educator, is one of the main founders and explorers of New China's criminal jurisprudence. In the fields of criminal legislation, criminal research methods and criminal special issues, he has posed his own penetrating viewpoints and judgments and gradually developed his own system of criminal thoughts. With his academic research, he has laid a solid base of the career of New China's rule of law and made great contributions to the establishment, prosperity and development of criminal law discipline. |
