西藏高校教师工作满意度与组织承诺关系研究

摘    要:“组织承诺”作为一种心理定式,与高校教师的工作积极性密切相关,不仅影响教师的心理健康,且影响教学质量,进一步影响到学校的教学与管理.建立不同职称、性别、年龄、教师满意的组织承诺,将有利于提高西藏高校的教育水平和教学质量.

Abstract:By selecting about 242 effective questionnaires about Tibet hish learning University and colledge teache rs,under the help of SPSS17.0,the authors make some conclusions to study the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment,as well as some personnel-concerned items affected the Tibet high learning University and colledge teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
