| 摘 要： | 跨国公司是全球先进技术的主要创新主体,技术在国际化经营过程中会产生溢出效应。跨国公司的技术溢出主要包括产业关联、人力资本、竞争和示范等途径,技术溢出效应会受到东道国具体条件的影响。采取合理的对策利用跨国公司的技术溢出对我国的技术进步具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Multinational corporations(MNEs) are the main innovators of the global advanced technology.There exsists technology spillover effects in the process of their internationalization.The channels of technology spillover mainly include industry linkage,human capital,competition and demonstrations,etc.The technical spillover effects will be subject to the specific conditions of host country.It is of great significance to take reasonable measures to utilize TNC's technology spillover to promote our technological progress. |
