| 摘 要： | 当前我国订单农业履约率不高,其中的一个重要原因是合同双方在履约过程中诚信缺失行为的选择。要深入研究订单农业中经济主体诚信缺失行为选择的内在根源,构建社会诚信体系,首先需要清晰地界定何为诚信。分析界定了诚信与诚信缺失的内涵,并将其与信用、信任、信誉等相关概念进行了辨析。在对诚信进行科学分类的基础上,进一步阐释了它的有关特点。

| Abstract: | At present,the enforcement rate of contract farming isn't very high.The discredit choice of both sides of contract is one of the important reasons of low enforcement rate.In order to study the intrinsic reasons of lack of good faith choice of economic body more thoroughly,and establish the social good faith system,what is good faith need make sure firstly.The implication of good faith and lack of good faith were analyzed and defined,and the similarities and differences were discriminated among the good faith and the correlative conceptions,such as credit,trust,and reputation.The relevant characteristic about the good faith were explained further based on that was classified scientifically. |
