先锋派的形式意义

摘    要:关于审美现代性问题,当代美学和社会理论都进行了不同的理论回应。这些理论回应为我们解释现代主义和先锋派艺术提供了某种参照和可能。《作为一个美学问题的艺术“命名”》关注艺术在现代情境中是如何被命名的。《“艺术体制”的批判性反思》则从3种关于艺术体制理论的比较入手,着重分析德国美学家比格尔的体制理论。《先锋派的形式意义》探讨先锋派艺术的风格逐新和形式主义倾向。三篇文章都把现代艺术所提出的美学问题作为对象,集中讨论对这些问题作出回应的不同美学理论,从而达到审美现代性的反思。

Abstract:Contemporary esthetics and social theories have both responded to the issue of esthetic modernity.Their responses provide a frame of reference for a possible interpretation of modernism and the avant-garde art."The Definition of Art as an Esthetic Issue" is concerned with how art is defined in the modern context."Critical Reflections on 'Institutional Art'" begins with a comparison of three theories on institutional art with an emphasis on the analysis of Burger's theory."The Formal Significance of the Avant-garde" discusses the renewing art of the avant-garde and its formalistic tendency.The above three papers treat the issues of esthetics posed by modern art as their object of study and provide a concentrated discussion on the esthetic theories responding to those issues.
