不良人际关系与法社会化不足

当代中国不良社会风气之一便是不良人际关系。不良人际关系的生成土壤有经济、政治及文化多方面的因素,但归根结底还是由于法律的普遍性、至上性尚未成为控制社会的主要渠道,因为在普遍规则之外可以用“人情”、“关系”等手段获取个人利益。要杜绝不良人际关系,必须注意法制建设。

Unhealthy Interpersonal Relationship and Lack of Law Socialization

In present China, unhealthy interpersonal relationship is one of the harmful social atmospheres. It is caned by economic, political and cultural factors. Fundamentally, however, it is caused by the fact that law isn't widely and supremely used to control the society because, beyond the common principle, people can obtain personal interest by the way of "human interest" and "relation". To put an end to the abnormal interpersonal relation, we must strengthen legal system building.
