论高校图书馆特色文献建设

文献资源建设是高等院校文献保障体系的重要任务之一,也是一所高校得以存在与发展的重要前提之一。但是,处于网络化、信息化、一体化的时代,没有区别与没有特色的图书馆不仅属于重复建设的巨大浪费,而且更重要的是在信息交换中显示不出任何优势,从而在整体的网络化中失去自己的存在位置,特色文献建设已成为不可逆转的发展方向。
