| 摘 要： | 意大利成为民族国家受到三个因素的制约:一是与欧洲的均衡有关,二是在罗马存在着教皇国以及1848年所阐明的一些原则,三是缺乏一位伟大的将军.在加富尔和加里波第的努力下,1861年意大利成为独立的王国.加里波第被意大利人看成是只专注于指挥战争和贯彻其他人的战略的将军,但事实上,他却赋予其军事活动以意识形态上的世界性的普遍意义.
