| 摘 要： | 教育管理的效能与管理的价值取向关系极大。传统高等教育管理形成的多种价值取向的管理模式既有优势,也存在一定的缺陷。科学发展观特别强调以人为本,现代管理也愈来愈重视人的作用,主体价值取向的主体性高等教育管理理念因而应运而生。这种管理理念具有促进主体发展、民主建设、教育和谐的功能,即在管理实践中既要遵循教育规律又要遵循管理规律,并突出自主性、民主性、和谐性、自律性原则。
