完善第三次分配:缩小贫富差距

随着中国市场经济的推进,贫富差距已经成为不争的事实,作为继第一、第二次分配之后的第三次分配即慈善公益事业,在现阶段有其存在的必然性,有利于缩小贫富差距,促进社会稳定,实现社会真正的公平,提高企业的经济效益,增进各部门的协调发展等,但慈善公益事业的发展在现阶段的发展还存在很多问题,需要采取措施加以积极的完善。
