| 摘 要： | 延安有着丰富的旅游资源,但大多规模小且较为分散。传统的旅游管理模式已不能完全适应旅游业发展潮流。鉴于此,延安有必要对旅游资源进行全面整合,从而构建一个以延安市区为核心,具备多元结构的共轭型复合旅游圈。在管理上可采用以人文关怀和开放性为特征的社区化管理模式,以此推动旅游业的整体发展。

| Abstract: | Yan'an is rich in tourist resources,most of which are small-scaled and are scattered.The traditional management pattern can not adopt to the tourist development trend.So it is necessary to reform those tourist resources in order to establish a multistructured tourist circle centered round Yan'an.Thus,Yan'an tourist industry should be pushed forward.The paper puts forward the idea of humane care and open-minded community management pattern. |
