| 摘 要： | 欧洲的非法移民现象愈演愈烈是由政治因素、经济因素和社会因素共同促成的。其政治原因是,冷战政治、后冷战时代的左右摇摆的移民政治、对待非法移民的不利政治因素和种族因素;其经济原因是,全球化发展不平衡、欧洲国家的经济发展需要外国移民;其社会原因是,完善的移民网络和国际人口走私集团的强力介入。

| Abstract: | Europe's illegal immigration phenomenon is exacerbated by political factors,economic factors and social factors.The political reasons are the Cold War politics,the changeable immigration policies of the post-Cold War era,and the unfavorable political factors and racial factors concerning illegal immigration;The economic reason is the uneven development: European economic development has great needs for foreign immigrants;The social reasons are the perfection of immigration networks and the strong intervention of international human smuggling syndicate. |
