山东省区域经济与生态环境的时空协调发展研究

区域经济与生态环境之间存在一定的相关关系:一方面,区域经济的发展为生态环境的保护与改善提供经济支持与技术保障;另一方面,良好的生态环境为区域经济的发展奠定了物质基础。通过耦合协调模型的构建,对山东省17地市的区域经济与生态环境的耦合协调关系进行时空双维研究,并运用灰色关联模型进一步探索区域经济发生变化的深层原因。结果表明,山东省各地市区域经济与生态环境均处于耦合协调状态,但协调质量不高,主要集中于初级协调与中级协调阶段,总体表现为区域经济滞后状态;2006—2013年各地市耦合协调度变化差异较大,少数地市因经济系统对环境系统促进作用的不足而出现逆发展。人均GDP、人均可支配收入、交通货运量、固定资产投资和人均社会消费品零售额5个指标对区域经济影响相对较大。

Research on Spatiotemporal Coordinated Development of Regional Economyand Ecological Environment of Shandong Province

There is a relationship between regional economy and ecological environment: on the one hand, the development of regionaleconomy can provide financial and technical support for the protection and improvement of the ecological environment; On the otherhand, a good ecological environment can also lay the material foundation for the development of regional economy. The couplingcoordination model of 17 cities in Shandong Province is built to research the coupling coordination relationship between regionaleconomy and ecological environment on the double aspects of time and space, and grey correlation model is used to further explore thedeep reasons of the change of regional economy. Conclusion: Each of the cities of Shandong Province is in a state of couplingcoordination between regional economy and ecological environment, but the coordination quality is low. It mainly concentrates on thephases of primary coordination and intermediate coordination, and shows the lag state of the regional economy. There is a greatdifference about the change of the coupling coordination degree of each city during the years of 2006 to 2013, and some cities showreverse development due to the lack of promoting effects of the economic system on the environment system. The five indicators, i. e. ,per capita GDP, per capita disposable income, traffic volumes, investment in fixed assets and per capita social retail sales of consumergoods, have larger impact on the regional economy. We put forward suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regionaleconomy and ecological environment of Shandong Province according to the research conclusion.
