研究生“ 硬、软、巧冶三大实力及其培养

摘    要:研究生是国家培养的高层次复合型人才,在教育中应注重学生"硬、软、巧"三大实力的培养。硬实力主要来自于学校学习,通过导师的专业指导、构建相对完整的专业知识体系、炼就良好的身体素质、强化解决所学专业问题的能力而获取;软实力主要来自于学校的素质教育,通过德育课程引导、构建相对完整的个体社会化体系、探索有自身特色的社会适应方法而形成;巧实力主要依靠研究生自主学习,通过整合维护各种社会资源、增强实践创新能力而获得。具备这三种实力并且灵活运用,方能成长为优秀的研究生。

Abstract:As graduate students are the high level and compound talents in our country, importance should be attached to developing three kinds of ability in their education, i. e. hard ability, soft ability and smart ability. The development of hard ability mainly relies on school learning, which is, through the supervisor''s professional guidance, to build a relatively complete system of professional knowledge, develop good physical quality and the ability to solve problems. The development of soft ability mainly relies on quality ed- ucation, which is, through moral curriculum, to build a complete individual socialization system and explore social adaptation methods. The development of smart ability mainly relies on autonomic learning, which is to strengthen innovation ability by integrating all kinds of social resources. An excellent graduate student should have these three abilities and use them.
