| 摘 要： | 河湟地区开发历史悠久。宋代,建立唃厮啰地方政权,并与北宋王朝长期保持友好关系,形成汉藏等族杂居格局。各族人民和睦相处,共同开发河湟,通过屯田农耕、兴修水利、发展手工业、疏通交通、建设城镇、促进贸易等,河湟一度经济繁荣。它昭示人们,稳定和平的政治环境与民族间的和睦交往,是一个地区经济社会发展的重要条件。

| Abstract: | The exploitation of Hehuang area had long history.In the Northern Song Dynasty, the local regime of Jiaosiluo had deep close to the Northern Song Dynasty,and had fromed the multinational pattern.Hehuang had showed economic prosperity for a time on account of the common exploitation for all nationalities.This paper holds that the stable and peace political environment and national concord are a very important condition for economic and social progress in a region. |
