| 摘 要： | 施琅的《恭陈台湾弃留疏》从地理环境的分析入手 ,从国家的安全环境着眼 ,深刻揭示了台湾的重要战略地位、台湾与祖国东南沿海的战略关联性、台湾对国家安全环境的影响 ,表达了留守台湾坚定不移的战略决心。国家安全环境是战略研究的核心问题 ,地理是影响战略的永恒要素 ,所以 ,施琅的《恭陈台湾弃留疏》对维护台湾与祖国的统一具有重要的战略指导价值。

| Abstract: | General Shi Lang in his Memorial to the Emperor on Taiwan Issue analyzed the geographical situation of Taiwan, emphasized its strategic importance to the security of the southeast coast and the whole country and expressed his determination to safeguard it and keep it within the territory of China. It is clear that the Memorial is of guiding significance and strategic value to the reunification of Taiwan with the motherland today. |
