| 摘 要： | 针对新时期高校内外环境的多样性与复杂性以及当代大学生日益显现的个性特征,围绕新时期大学生党建工作要求,提出创新学生党建工作构建大学生思想政治教育工作全程化、立体化、阵地化、网络化机制,以切实保障大学生思想政治教育工作的针对性和有效性,对促进和谐校园文化建设,构建和谐校园,培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人具有十分重要的意义。
