管理案例教学中的沟通

摘    要:教学中有效的沟通,是提高案例教学质量的关键。沟通过程由参与者、编码解码、媒介、干扰和反馈五个要素构成。其沟通形式有书面沟通和口头沟通两种。学生的书面沟通方式包括案例分析报告、多媒体演示以及在案例课程试题中的案例分析答题等。但在案例课堂教学中,使用最多的形式是口头沟通,它分为课堂演示和课堂讨论两个方面。实现有效沟通,要因不同的教师、学生、以及案例内容而不同。

Abstract:The effective communication in teaching is the key to improving the quality of case teaching. The communication process is composed of five factors: participants, encoding and decoding, medium, interference and feedback. There are two forms: written communication and oral communication. The former includes reports on case analysis, multi-media presentation and case analysis in course examination papers, and the latter, constituting class presentation and discussion, is most frequently applied in case teaching. The forms of effective communication should vary depending on different teachers, students and contents of case.
