| 摘 要： | 农民收入问题是三农的根本问题。本文从人力资本的角度分析了增加人力资本投资对促进农民收入增长的途径和机制 ,在此基础上 ,通过实证分析进行验证 ,并得出最终结论 :增加农村人力资本投资 ,提高农民素质 ,增加农民就业竞争力 ,推进农村劳动力转移 ,增加非农收入 ,从而提高农民收入。

| Abstract: | Peasant income is the center of "three dimensional rural issues"(agri-farmer-village). The channels and mechanisms of human capital investment growth accelerating peasant income are discussed. Through empirical studies, it is concluded that peasant income can be boosted through increasing rural human capital investment, improving peasants' personal quality, promoting peasant employment competition, expediting rural labor transfer, and adding non-agri-income. |
