当代中国阶层分化中的社会公正问题

改革开放以来,随着经济结构的变化,中国的社会结构也发生了深刻的变化,阶层分化日趋明显。公正是社会基本结构的首要美德,它是一个具有历史生成性和传统继承性特征的概念。当代中国社会的社会公正实质源于当代中国的存在状态、历史境遇,是理论与实践相一致的程序公正与实质公正的辩证统一,是当代民主社会各阶层利益的"生态平衡"。当前,确立与当代中国存在状态相一致的社会公正原则,以程序公正为基础,以实质公正相平衡,培养社会公民的正义感,走法治与德治相结合之路是当代中国克服不公正现象、重塑社会公正秩序、形成合理社会阶层结构的根本之路。

Social Justice Issues in Contemporary Chinese Class Division

Since China had the reform and opening up policies and with the changes in the structure of the economy,China's social structure has undergone the profound changes and class division has become increasingly evident.Social justice is primary virtues of the basic structure of the society and it is a concept that was formed in the history and was carried on traditionally.Social justice in contemporary Chinese society origins from the presence of contemporary China.It is a dialectical uniform of the fair process and the fair essence,and it is an "ecological balance" of various strata of contemporary democratic society.Based on procedure justice and essence justice,this paper establishes the social justice principles which are consistent in the existence of temporary China,thus developing a sense of justice in civil and getting to the road combining law and morals,to overcome injustice,to reshape social justice order and to form a rational structure of the foundation of society.
