| 摘 要： | 2013年1月开始正式施行的新刑诉法在证据制度、辩护制度、侦查措施等方面对检察机关的职务犯罪侦查工作提出了更高的要求。故为推动我国检察事业的健康发展，有必要在深入分析新刑诉法相关规定及其对职务犯罪侦查工作影响的基础上，结合新旧刑诉法衔接阶段的自侦实务，做好对检察机关现有工作模式的相应调整。

| Abstract: | Taking effect in January 2013, the new criminal procedure law has more demanding on the investigation of duty crimes in the field of evidence system, plea system and investigative measures. To promote the healthy development of China’s procuratorial work, based on analyzing the relevant provisions of the new criminal procedural law and on the current self-investigation work, it is necessary to adjust the existing working mode of procuratorial authority. |
