Developing social productive force and improving the educational and ethical standards of the whole nation is based on the relationship of mutual condition, mutual premise, mutual promotion and mutual penetration. It is hard to say which is the first and which is most important. There exists no pure philosophic opinion among them. This is because in the social activities, the equilibrium of the contradictory relationship is relative, not absolute. The attempt to keep the equilibrium of no contradictory state between developing social productive force and improving the educational and ethical standards of the whole nation is not realistic. The correct way is to coordinate the relationship between the two by starting from practical condition of each stage, by the state of the contradictory relationship between the two, by analyzing the problems that exist already and will appear and by making out method and countermeasures in solving the problems.
