| 摘 要： | 农村政治发展的目标是在中国现代化进程中实现农村的政治民主和社会稳定。面对发展来自现代性的挑战,农村政治发展必须具备这样两个基本条件:公正合理运行有效的制度体系和高素质的农村政治人。这需要分析制度创新在农村社会取得的成功与存在的困境,探讨制度创新与农村政治发展的相互关系,为中国农村政治发展提供必须的运行规则和制度环境

| Abstract: | The goal of rural political development is to realize rural political democracy and social stability in the process of China's modernization. To meet the challenges of modernization, two fundamental conditions are indispensable: an efficient, fair and rational institutional system as well as a highly qualified rural personnel. This paper analyzes the achievements and dilemma of the renewal of institutions in rural society, explores the interrelationship between renewal of institutions and rural political development, and presents necessary operating rules and institutional environment for Chinese rural political development. |
