学术文化生态的构建探析——基于学术"腐败门"的文化困境

文章从常规监管缺位、制度执行不力、学术风气败坏等方面分析了当前学术腐败的文化困境。提出要改变当前学术腐败局面,需从学术文化层面着手,构建一种以德性文化和制度文化为内核的学术文化,建构这种学术文化需要完善相关法律,加大对学术腐败的惩处力度;要建设稳定、公平、公正的学术秩序;要大力弘扬学术自主的精神。
