我国制造业再区域化及对东北地区的影响和启示

笔者通过计算区位基尼系数、制造业行业分布的基尼系数和制造业所有行业的区位商三种指标来描述我国制造业再区域化状况,得出在我国制造业再区域化的过程中,个别行业出现向东北地区转移的趋势;然后通过实证分析,找出了影响产业集聚的因素,结果表明,人均国内生产总值和地方财政支出对我国产业集聚具有促进作用,交通运输仓储及邮电通信业增加值、居民消费、全社会固定资产投资总额及实际利用外资额对我国产业集聚具有分散作用;据此得出了对东北地区的一些启示.

Influence and Revelation to Northeast Region based on Our Manufacturing Region Again

This article calculates the location Gini's coefficient,the manufacturing distribution Gini's coefficient and the manufacturing all location quotien to describe our country manufacturing region again,and finds several profession appearing to the northeast area shift tendency in our country manufacturing region again.Then the author carries on the real analysis.Regression result manifests that GDP and region finance expenditure can promote industrial agglomeration,and traffic transportation warehousing and inhabitant and so on can distract industrial agglomeration.In such manufacturing region again background,together with the influence factors of industrial agglomeration,proposes the revelation to the Northeast region.
