| Abstract: | At the point of five years after China's entry into the WTO and based on the present situation of China's real-estate industry,this paper illustrates the solutions to the problems in the transition period from such aspects as real-estate industry,monetary system,disposition of unoccupied houses and development of the intermediary market in order to enhance the competiitive powar of China's real-estate industry. |
