中国古代社会历史在唐宋时期发生了巨大变化 ,这一基本结论已为国内外史学界所认同。 2 0世纪以来 ,不少学者曾力求从文化、政治、阶级、阶层、经济、婚姻等不同的专题研究入手 ,试图对唐宋时期社会变迁作出“知微见著”的分析概括 ,取得了一些令人瞩目的成果。而社会经济研究 ,无疑是研究的基础。我们约请部分对这一问题作过深入研究的专家学者就唐宋时期的土地制度、商品经济、经济制度、制度变迁等问题展开讨论 ,以期推动对唐宋时期社会变迁的研究

Commodity Economy: the Fundamental Strength to the Social Transformation during the Tang & Song Period

The basic conclusion that there occurred great transformation during the Tang & Song Period has been accepted by the historical circle of both home and abroad. Many scholars have tried to make macro analysis and summary of the social transformation during this period through the micro specific studies on different aspects such as culture, politics, stratum, class, economics, marriage and so on, having gained lots of attractive achievements. But the studies on social economy are of no doubt the basis for the research. So we invite several experts who have probed deeply into the question to set off discussion on the land system, commodity economy, economic system,transformation of the system and other topics, in the hope of advancing the studies on the social transformation during the Tang & Song Dynasties.
