| 摘 要： | 以财务管理为中心的企业管理,实质上是通过建立财务体系,盘活资金存量,提高资金利用率,努力挖掘企业潜力,不断降低成本,强化财务管理机制,在企业管理中发挥专业优势,从而以尽可能少的耗费取得尽可能多的经营成果,增加企业盈利。

| Abstract: | Take the financial control as the central business management,in the essence is through the establishment finance system,stimulates the fund storage quantity,raises the fund use factor,taps the enterprise potential diligently,reduces the cost unceasingly,the strengthening financial control mechanism,displays the specialized superiority in the business management,thus yields as far as possible many management result as far as possible by the few consumptions,the increase enterprise profit. |
